I started training with Brian in January 2013, I was over weight and very unfit. I hated taking part in any form of exercise. I’d had enough of what I saw every time I looked in the mirror.

I decided to use Brian’s personal training services as he stood out at my gym as a friendly and approachable trainer. After a free trial I instantly felt comfortable training with him and trusted him to help me reach my goals.

Not only does Brian help me with the physical aspect of training he also gives advice and guidance towards the nutritional aspect. Brian often sends text messages or telephones asking how my eating has been that day or how i am feeling after a personal training session.

I’ve only been training with Brian for 3 months and during this time I have lost just over 2st and dropped down 3 dress sizes. My life has changed so much. I’ve quit smoking without any aids and I’ve never eaten so healthily in my life.

I can honestly say that I am a much fitter and focused person and look forward to getting a body I’ve always dreamed of, thanks Brian!
