I started personal training with Brian following the birth of my first child – when I was probably in the worst shape of my life! Brian has been instrumental in helping me get into even better shape than before I was pregnant. I love the fact that every session is different and Brian keeps the sessions current and interesting by incorporating a variety of different training techniques, which not only maintains my interest but also challenges my body.
I have lost nearly 2 1/2 stones in 6 months and dropped nearly 3 dress sizes, I feel fit, healthy and confident and keep training with Brian despite reaching my goals as I enjoy it so much!
