I’d put on weight and had tried lots of diets and exercise and nothing had made a significant long lasting difference. So I decided to do something different and try a personal trainer so I chose Brian. At first I was intimidated by personal training but Brian made me feel comfortable from the first session; he was supportive and motivating. He tailored exercises to my ability and gave diet advice which together has resulted in my weight loss. I have been amazed at what I have achieved and could not have done it without Brian. He is really friendly, approachable and professional – I would definitely recommend him! Thanks Brian!
