Without a proper approach to food and hydration, any form of fitness training will be ineffective. Nutrition really is that important. Everything I’ve mentioned above will only work if you get your diet plan right.

There is so much bad nutritional advice out there, it’s unsurprising that people just don’t know what to believe or where to turn. I don’t offer quick fixes, fads or crash diets. It’s simply good, healthy eating based on sound, proven scientific principles, concentrating on foods which will work with your body and, more importantly, that you can enjoy for the rest of your life.
