Motivation: Fitness, weight lose, toning, nutrition advice

I decided that enough was enough, when I had come to the realisation I could no longer fit into any clothing in my wardrobe.
At this point I knew I had to do something about my weight gain, I was already an active person as I played football as a hobby, but this was not enough as I had gained all this unwanted weight.
I wasn’t one to go to the gym as I found it quite boring and tedious, dieting was also something I just didn’t have enough knowledge to be able to do alone, so after researching what line of action I was going to take to get myself back into shape and able to fit back into my cloths I came across Brian Vinall.
Brian Vinall is a personal trainer, after looking at his website I decided to call him and I can honestly say working with Brian has been one of the best decisions I have made.
After being totally tranformed by Brian I am now 33lb lighter, feeling great and looking fab.
I could not of achived this with out having a passiante, dedicated, motivational and hard working personal trainer like Brian. Each session was fun, challenging and different, everything I needed to be able to achive my goal, I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who wants to get fit, lose weight, and have a healthier life style.
