Muscle Build


I take my clients through a rigorous personal Muscle Build Programme, training twice a week. We concentrate on the major muscle groups; legs, chest, back and shoulders. What we do depends entirely on you, your current level of fitness and muscle mass, and what you want to achieve. And we don’t simply follow the same routine week after week. To keep things fresh and to keep you motivated, the session format changes regularly.

On top of this, you’ll have a personal nutrition plan to make sure those muscles develop in peak condition.
