I’ve known Brian for a few years now and this is the second time I have been trained by him. I achieved great results with him in the past so knew I would again if I worked hard. I contacted Brian as I was struggling for motivation to get back into the gym and training on a regular basis. He really gets you motivated to achieve your goals and pushes you as hard as you are willing to achieve them. The one on one session’s along with training programme and diet plan Brian gave me have produced the outcome I was after. Brian created the training and eating plans around my goals and I’m healthier and feeling much better than I have in a long time. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who wants to get into shape and achieve their goals.
