I came to Brian after having ran the Birmingham Half Marathon in November 2013 and went to the gym a few times a week. I was, however, disappointed with the results I was getting and wanted to give a PT a try. After the first session with Brian I knew he could deliver the results I was looking for! His knowledge of training, which went beyond the gym and included nutrition advice with motivational tips, was first class. I am very pleased with the results we have achieved together and highly recommend his services.
