Motivation: Fitness, toning, nutrition advice
On my first session with Brian, he discussed nutrition and explained what I needed to be eating outside of training. He gave me a list of foods I should be eating and explained what I should be avoiding. Since then I have been trying to eat clean and have been seeing Brian for personal training sessions twice a week over the past couple of months. I have noticed a big difference, I feel much fitter and healthier and recover much faster. We work a lot on core exercises and he has helped to learn how to use weights since I had never really used them before. The sessions have been hard but definitely worth it. I would recommend Brian as a PT to anyone looking for one, he definitely pushes you and gives you the motivation you need to keep going.
