Motivation: Fitness, toning, muscle build

Over the last year not only have I been striving to get my clients in the shape of their life I have been working on mine. Due to a shoulder injury I could not train for 7 months which I’m embarrassed to say I did let my self get out of shape. I’m really happy to see progress I have made so far, on the first picture I’m 16% body fat, now at 9% with increase lean tissue.
